Photo Consent Forms

All students will bring home a photo consent form in September, which needs to be completed and returned to school as soon as possible. By providing consent, we will take photographs and videos of your child engaged in classroom lessons, performing at concerts, and having fun at school events. Photos and videos will be displayed in school, on our school website and Facebook page. Click HERE if you would like to download a form today, and can return it to school at your earliest convenience.
