End of the Year Letter and School Update from Principal Mohammed Rahman
Dear IS 25Q Families,
As we come to the close of another successful school year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support of the IS 25Q community. Your partnership has been instrumental in making this year one of growth, connection, and achievement for our students.
Thank you for your active involvement—whether through volunteering at school events, supporting learning at home, or sharing your ideas, thoughts, and concerns. Your voices have helped shape a stronger, more responsive school community, and your dedication has had a meaningful impact on both the academic progress and social-emotional development of our students.
We are proud to share that since Fall 2025, we have seen measurable growth in both literacy and mathematics.
This progress reflects the combined efforts of our students, staff, and families working together toward shared goals. While we celebrate these achievements, we also remain committed to continuing our work in supporting all students—especially those who need additional support—through tailored, needs-based scaffolds and instructional experiences. Our focus remains on helping every student make meaningful connections to what they are learning in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
Looking ahead, we are excited to continue this important partnership with you in the coming school year(s). Together, we will further strengthen our vision of an inclusive and collaborative learning environment where every student can flourish as a confident, independent, and contributing member of our community.
